Whether you’re prenatal, postnatal, peri/postmenopausal or just want to get stronger, we can help! Movement and strength are so important for our bodies, regardless of what stage of life we’re in.

What we can do together:

  • Group training class - grab a friend and get stronger together

  • One on one weekly session

  • One on one monthly program progression

*The first session would be an overall physiotherapy assessment to see what your strengths and weaknesses are so we know what to plan for in the program.

**Physiotherapy receipts can be issued for each session
